Human Capital and Resource Efficiency Program

In this use case, we review a historic project that was aimed at ultimately creating a holistic system and network that employs a customised action based methodology to train, mentor, shape and direct the career paths and place highly skilled foreign students and professionals in organisations that require their professional competences.

This was created to to address the identified social problem of unemployment, reducing the burden on social funds, improving tax revenue, fostering integration of foreigners and attracting highly skilled persons to Finland.

This whole project is an innovative way that employs virtual office integration to create a virtual presence and processes that link the resource pool to the client companies.
