Thus, starting a technology company that envisions leveraging local and diaspora talents creates an additional rung on the ladder. Without any angel funding or risk capital, we were at our wits end on how to hire and retain suitable candidates, while preventing our organization from becoming a revolving door to those we successfully hire.
After a series of deliberations, we settled on creating an adjunct faculty to augment our core team based on our product and service offerings. The members of the adjunct faculty were to be selected based on their proven track record and skills.
